Website visits and email enquiries

When you email us, we receive your email address and the details you choose to include. We use these to respond, troubleshoot and maintain relevant correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and supporting our products, or on taking steps at your request before a contract where appropriate.

Spaceship provides our website hosting. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the website and correspondence. Hosting systems may record IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and access times for delivery, security and troubleshooting. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related obligations or disputes, then delete it when no longer needed. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

The hosting service provides AWStats reports derived from server access logs to help us understand aggregate website use. We rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the site. These reports do not require analytics scripts or cookies in your browser. This website adds no advertising scripts or optional cookies. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Our approach

Our apps do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. Anything an app stores — settings, progress, saved data — stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Per-app exceptions

Where a specific app differs from the general approach above, it's noted here:

• Games using Game Center: if a game offers leaderboards or achievements, that data (your Game Center nickname and scores) is handled by Apple's Game Center, under Apple's own privacy policy, not by us.

As new apps are published, any exception specific to that app will be added here.

Data requests

You can contact support@noredhens.co.uk to ask about your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. These rights can apply to enquiry emails even where app data stays on your device. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date above.
